INGREDIENTS
2 egg noodles block
Filling 1 teaspoon oil200g prawns, cut into small pieces ½ onion Salt to taste
White sauce 1 teaspoon. Pepper 2 tablespoon. Butter 2 tablespoon. Flour 400ml fresh milk Salt to taste ½ teaspoon. Pepper

METHOD
To prepare the creamy shrimp noodles, start by placing a pan over medium heat and adding water. Bring the water to a simmer and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once the noodles are cooked, remove them from the heat, drain the water, and set them aside.
In another pan, add some oil and heat it over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Then, add the sliced onion, salt, and pepper, and cook until the onion is translucent. Cook for another minute or so, then remove the pan from the heat and set it aside to cool.Let make the white sauce now In a separate pan, melt some butter over medium heat. Add flour and mix until it forms a smooth paste, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Gradually add milk, salt, and pepper, and cook until the mixture thickens but is still runny.
To assemble the dish, add the cooked shrimp mixture to the cooked noodles, along with the white sauce mixture, leaving about one-third of the cream mixture behind. Mix everything together until the cream has coated the noodles and the shrimp are evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to an oven-proof baking dish and top with the remaining white sauce mixture, spreading it out evenly. If desired, add shredded cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and stretchy. Remove from the heat and serve warm

You can replace the shrimp with boneless chicken
