INGREDIENTS
Step 1:Add to a pot:1L milk1 beaten egg8 tablespoon semolina Mix non-stop until it thickens
Step 2:When thickened add in:½ teaspoon elaichi powderKesar (saffron) (saffron) ¾ can condensed milk½ teaspoon vanilla essence 250 ml fresh creamMix for 2 minutes
METHOD
Step 3:Pour into dessert cups and top with sliced almonds, pistachios, Kesar (saffron) (saffron) and some elaichi powder.
