Bake pastry squares till golden. Brush chutney over. Spread filling of choice. Sprinkle lots of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake till heated through. I use filling from @treets_by reez
500g chicken cubed2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) Juice of 1 lemon ½ teaspoon lemon pepper salt1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste1 teaspoon green masala I spoon oil½ cup peri peri sauce ¼ cup chilli sauceCook till saucy.I added a chopped green pepper to chicken.
