Steak cut into stripsSaltPepperLemon pepperSteak & chops spice@Krea smokey ribs spice Worcestershire sauceGreen chillies

METHOD

Marinate and cook steak in all the spices above, when almost done, add in basting or BBQ sauceFill into rolls - steak, caramalised onion and stir fried green peppers topped with cheese.Grill for a couple minutes until cheese melts
