2x Chicken Fillets, slit in halves,(MAKES IT DOUBLE INSIZE)...¼ teaspoon Lemon PepperSprinkle of Chilli Flakes ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper½ Cup Breadcrumbs3x teaspoon Oil *Served with : Chips on the side, Mixed Salad some Nando's Extra Hot Sauce, spur Sauce or any sauce you like, on warm pita's.. warm it up!For a few seconds in a pan or on your gas stove👍
In a pot add your oil & heat for 1 minute. Marinade the chicken with the spices & coat in breadcrumbs before frying in oil for about 4 minutes. Flipping once. Chicken leftovers.... can be added on pizza's, wraps or stirfry.
INFO & TIPS
Also make slits on the chicken fillets, makes the chicken moist & soft...very lightly😊
