INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 Tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
mix dry ingredients above
make dough with half milk and half water mixture
make a soft dough
METHOD:
Roll out thinly like roti but not too thin
and cut into shapes
and fry in deep, hot oil…..test a smal piece of
puri to see if the oil is hot enough
be careful wen placing the puri in the oil
just wen you place the puri in the oil, keep a
fryer spoon ready and pass oil over the puri while
its frying so that it fries on both sides and it
should rise considerably
dont let it get too brown on the bottom side and
gently turn the puri to fry it on the other side.
