INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking powder( Sift together)
2 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)½ cup yoghurt ½ cup milk(Mix together and microwave for 30 seconds)
METHOD
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and make into a soft dough.Knead well and allow to stand for 15 minutes.Roll out and fry in hot oil till puffed up.
INFO & TIPS
Puris have to be fried in quite hot oil. Fry quickly on both sides. Drain on paper towel.
