2 tablespoon butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup hot water

METHOD
Beat the sugar and egg and jam
Then add your vanilla essence
Then sift your flour baking powder and self raising flour then add slowly and beat or mix in

Then combine your. Butter, milk and bicarb then add tht..beat then bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees

Bring to a boil then pour over hot puddin
