INGREDIENTS
Nutella Croissant Bread Pudding

Ingredients:4 PNP (NIHT) croissantsNutella hazelnut spread¼ cup chopped walnuts 2 extra large eggs1 cup fresh cream1 teaspoon vanilla essence¾ cup sugarCinnamon powderChoc-chips
METHOD
1. Heat the oven to 180degC.2. Lightly grease a deep baking dish.3. Slice croissants in half lengthwise then spread both halves with Nutella.4. Sandwich back together and cut into even sized pieces.5. Place into baking dish.6. Mix cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla and pour over croissants.7. Gently push down the croissants so they start to absorb custard.8. Scatter the top with nuts and a sprinkling of ordinary sugar.9. Dust over cinnamon powder and sprinkle on choc-chips. 10. Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 25-30 minutes until the pudding is golden brown, has risen slightly and the liquid has been completely absorbed.
Note: I served with chocolate ice-cream
