Can Use puri dough ( or use Arabic dough if u prefer yeast) Method 2 cups flour80 g soft butter Rub Then 2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon sugarMix dough with1 tablespoon Maas or yoghurt & warm water and milkMix Now add little warm water and milk and maas to make soft dough Knead wellLeave few minutes Roll out into large square and cut large triangles with a bit of narrow as you slice towards the topPlace fillingRoll up like croissantsBend slightly fo make a slight moon shape Egg brush and sprinkle poppy or sesame seedsBake at 180* for +-20 minutesTill light color SuggestionFor the Filling (use your favorite filling) 500 g chicken mince or cubed chicken filletsCooked with2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 medium chopped onion1 cup steamed mixed veges (or can use only cubed potatoes) ½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon green garlic masala1 teaspoon full green chilli paste1 teaspoon Portuguese spice or any chicken spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper Little mintChopped green dhania (coriander) Adjust taste mayonnaiseAnd salt Cook till done not too dry lastly Add mayonnaise or tangy flavourEnjoy
