INGREDIENTS

250g butter1/2 Cup white sugar1/2 Cup brown sugar1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla2-3 Cup flour1/2 Cup chocolate chips1/4c chopped pecans (optional)

METHOD

Cream together butter and sugarsThen add in the egg and essenceMake a soft dough with flour and lastly fold in the chocolate chips and pecans*I used 1/2 Cup m&ms instead of the pecansBake at 160 until crispy I baked for about 15 to 17mins as I wanted mine crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside
