1 cup castor sugar-whisk eggs slowly
add in castor sugar,once sugar is in
beat for ±5mins.
1 heaped cup flour, 2 ½ teaspoon baking
powder_sift and add
to above-beat to combine.
put in a cup ¼ cup oil,¼ cup boiling
water and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence-mix
and throw into beater and beat on low
till combined. fill ¼ of paper cup as this batter
rises!bake on 180 for 10-12 minutes
makes approx 30 cupcakes.
¼ lb butter,
1 cup icing sugar,
1 and ½ slab milky bar
cream butter and sugar till white,melt choc in
micro for a minute at a time,add
to creamed butter,add milk.ice
cake,decorate with roasted coconut(I
didn\'t make myns too brown)and
chopped coconut marshmallows
