INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage finely choppedHalf green pepper finely chopped2 carrots finely chopped1 packet SpaghettiChicken fillet¼ teaspoon. salt¼ teaspoon. white pepper3 teaspoon. chicken masala1 teaspoon. crushed chillies1 tablespoon. ginger garlic crushed 2 tablespoon. corn flourWater½ cup Oil3 tablespoon. Soya sauce
METHOD
Chop all the vegetables and set asideBoil water with 1 teaspoon. of salt and add in the spaghetti and allow to cook, when done rinse with cold water. Marinate the chicken fillet with the spices (chicken spice, white pepper, corn flour) and fry in the oilIn a separate pot add 1 cup oil and ginger garlic and mixAdd in chopped vegetables and cook for 10 minutes, place the lid of the pot, add water if it is getting stuck to the pot, allow the vegetables to shrink in size. Add in some spices, chicken, white pepper, salt, chillies, soya sauce.When everything is done mix everything together.
