INGREDIENTS
Tongkatsu sauce: 1 teaspoon chillie garlic paste2 tablespoon tomatoe puree1/2 Cup tomato sauce2.5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2.5 tablespoon soy sauce 1.5 tablespoon sugar1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon ginger powder1 tablespoon Maggi chillie garlic sauce
Ingredients:1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon honey1kg steak strips4 tablespoon cornflour1 onion sliced½ red pepper julienned½ green pepper julienned 2 carrot julienned 3 spring onions chopped1 tomato cubed4 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon garlic salt1 pack linguine boiled and kept aside
METHOD
Fry chillie paste and tomato puree in a little oil, add remaining ingredients to form a sauceRemove from heat and transfer to a bowl, to this add in the Oyster sauce and honey and keep aside
Add cornflour to steak and keep asideHeat oil in a pan and stir fry onions peppers and carrotsAdd tomato and stir fry for a minuteAdd spring onion and remove from heatCook steak in 2 tablespoon oil until tender adding water if neededAdd sauce mixture to steak and allow to boil- then and veggies Serve with linguine or pasta of choice
