INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon roasted kulunji seeds
1 cup mass
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon baking powder
Rub mass into flour to make breadrumbs then add
enough boiling water to make soft dough. Roll out
into minutes rotis (about 20)
Filling :
1 kg chicken strips
1 teaspoon garlic crushed
1 teaspoon fresh grounded redchillies
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fine redchillies
2 tablespoon Peri-Peri sauce
Cook in 2 tablespoon butter till done
Salad:
1 med onion (chopped)
1 med tomato cubed
1 green chillie cubed

Season with salt and pepper
METHOD
Assemble wraps as follows :
Smear Miracle whip on fried rotis then put salad
on half of the roti and chicken filling on top of
salad.
