RECIPE

125 g butter3 tablespoon sugarMix
Add1 tablespoon whole cumin2 tablespoon sunflower seeds 🌻 1 tablespoon sesame seeds1 tablespoon fennel seeds¼ cup chopped pecans¼ teaspoon salt 🧂 4 teaspoon baking powder
Mix together
Add2 cups flour 1 cup fresh cream
Roll out dough, cut out shapes. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle poppyseeds over . Bake 160° thermofan oven until done. Switch off oven and leave biscuits inside to crisp up.
