INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour½ cup maizena (corn flour)1 cup, roasted & crushed almonds1 cup butter (250g), softened7 tblspns normal white sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C.Mix flour, maizena (corn flour), almonds, butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a large bowl until well blended into a soft dough.
Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes. Remove, cool completely and dust with icing sugar. Absolutely delicious...
