¾ Cup Castor Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
2 - 2 ½ cups cake flour
1. Cream butter and castor sugar.
2. Add oil, eggs-beat well.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Form a soft dough.
4. Cut as desired.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for 15- 20 minutes.
Suggestion: Decorate with melted chocolate or sugar paste decorations. Or paste together with jam or buttercream icing.
