1 cup lukewarm milk in to a bowl2 tablespoon castor sugar1 packet yeastStir the above well. Add in few drops of egg yellow about 1 teaspoon1 egg & whisk. 3 ¼ cups flour or bread flour. Make it even. Add all in one time. 1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon black poppy seeds. Stir well. 50g melted butter add after mixingLeave for 8mins. Take out dough from bowl & knead on table for 8 to 10 minutes . Oil bowl, put dough in and allow to rise for 1 1⁄2 hours. Punch dough down, bring together & let it sit fir 10 minutes. Oil your surface. Roll into a long roti roll.Cut into pieces. Make into balls. Roll out with rolling pin in to oval shape. Roll up & make a knot. After all are done put on baking tray, cover with a cloth and allow to rise for 30/40 minutes. Brush with egg over rolls & bake for 20/25 minutes.
