Mini choc Swiss rollsPic cred:salmah dendarrec credit:@macarons_by_mehnaaz 6eggs2/3 cup castor sugar½ cup flour2 tablespoons cocoa1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla essence.....Beat egg whites till very stiff.Add castor sugar and beat till glossy.Add egg yolks and vanilla essenceSift dry ingredients 3 times and fold into egg white mixture......Line 2 swiss roll trays with wax wrap or baking paper.Spread batter on and bake at 180 for 10-12 minutes turn over onto a dish cloth or net and peel of wax wrap roll from the long side up and allow to cool. Once cool fill with cream cut into rounds and top with ganach and flake. 😊
