INGREDIENTS

1 cup burnt butter 1 cup brown sugar ⅓ cup white sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoon. Vanilla 2 cup flour 1 teaspoon. Baking soda ¼ teaspoon. Salt 280g chocolate chip

METHOD

In a mixing bowl add brown and white suagr. Burn the butter and add to the sugar mix till combined add egg and vanilla and beat till light in color. Add flour baking soda and salt and mix. Let it cool and add chocolate chip and mix. Scoop and place on the tray. Bake at 180c for 12 to 15 minutes
