Braised Steak And Chips

INGREDIENTS

2 onions (cut in slices) 1 teaspoon garlic 2 teaspoon steak and chops spice1 teaspoon fine pepper 1 teaspoon chicken spice Steak pieces

METHOD

1. Boil steak until soft. 2. Cut steak pieces into strips. 3.add 2bsp oil(of choice) in a pan and add steak strips to oil let it cook until semi done. 4. Add spices, let it simmer. 5.Add onions, let it braise until golden brown like steak and soft in texture. 6. Fry some potatoes for hot chips

*can be served with hot chips /rice
can be served with salads of choice and sauce.
