2 cups flour2 cups sugar¾ cup cocoa2 teaspoon bicarb1 teaspoon baking powder2 eggs1 cup strong brewed coffee1 cup buttermilk½ cup oil 1 tablespoon vanillaQuarter cup chopped roasted almonds MethodMix all together until a smooth batter forms..Place in a greased pan.or cupcake pan.bake at 180 until a skewer inserted comes out clean..allow to cool.TOPPING
1 slab diary milk choc1 small nestle creamMix together on low heat till choc melted and smooth..Poke holes here and there and spread sauce over...Mousse:½ cup @sbakels cream whipped. Add in ½ tin caramel treat and 3 slabs melted chocolate. Spread over cake.Decorate as desired
