Calamari (steaks cut into strips and medallions - both store bought)Cajun spiceSaltPepperLemon and herb spiceKashmiri chillies (course)Butter
GuacamoleAvocado LemonRed chilliesSaltPepper

METHOD

Combine spices and toss in Calamari to coat wellAdd butter to a pan and cook Calamari until doneAdjust seasoning

Blitz together all ingredients for guacamole just before serving
To assemble:Take 1 lettuce leafSpread guacamole Top with onion and Cucumber choppedPlace Calamari
