INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour2 teaspoon. salt2 tablespoon. Sugar1 packet yeast
¼ cup oil or butter1 egg1 cup warm water1 fresh cream (250ml)
METHOD
Mix the dry ingredients togetherAdd in the rest of the ingredients, (oil, egg. Fresh cream, and water) in this order• Add more or less water to make a soft doughAllow the dough to rise for 30 minutesRoll out and fry in oilDecorate

*These doughnuts taste super good when they are freshly served.
