INGREDIENTS
2 ¼ teaspoon instant yeast
1./4 cup warm water
1 ½ cup luke warm milk
⅓ cup butter
½ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2eggs
5 cups flour
METHOD
take 2cups of flour add yeast salt and sugar.take eggs milk water stir into flour beat for 5 minutes smoothly.alliw to rest for 5mins add the rest of flour and butter make a sof dough.let rise double size.
roll dough out cut using doughnut cutters.let rise fry in hot oil golden brown.
you can glaze with water icing
suger and cinnamon ( my fav)
melted chocolate dip pista (pistachio nuts) sprinkles etc
