METHOD
1. Trim and wash cauli2. drizzle olive oil over 3. Sprinkle generously with sea salt, paprika and turmeric4. Roast in oven for about 20 minutes (200 degrees) or till tender5. Drizzle with tahini Serve with garlic yoghurt, parsley or delicious on its own
INFO & TIPS
heat empty pan for 10 minutes in hot oven to get that lovely charred look on veggies
