INGREDIENTS
250 ml Fresh Cream 250 ml Sour Cream 200 ml sweet condensed milk One tin crushed pineapple ( used Rhodes)One packet Tennis Biscuit
For decoration:You can use strawberry, kiwi, or any milk chocolate slice.
METHOD
Add fresh cream and sour cream in mixing bowl and whipped together till make soft peaks. After that add condensed milk and crushed pineapple ( Drain syrup from tin). Crushed nicely tennis biscuit in one bowl.In serving bowl or cup make a base layer of crushed tennis biscuit. Push it with spoon and make nice layer then add whipped cream mix. Put in refrigerator for three to four hours. Before serving add toppings of choice.Taste better when chilled.Enjoy in hot summer evenings.
