Burfee Dessert Pic credit :@nazia_shaik786 1 litre milk1 tin condense milk1 tin big nestle dessert cream3 teaspoon ghas powder½ cup klim2 tablespoon custard powder1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom)1 tlbs rose essenceDrop of green colour (optional) METHOD Boil milk with ghas powder, mix milk powder and custard powder in little milk, add to the boiling milk and keep boiling till come up. Remove from heat and add condense milk and ½ tin of the cream. Beat well, pour in a mould and set the mixture. After it sets turn it upside down in a serving dish. Beat ½ tin of nestle cream pour cream over pudding and decorate as desired.
