RECIPE
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
Beat till fluffy
1 tablespoon rose water
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
1 ½ cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
Sift tog
½ cup oil
½ cup cold water
Mix in a cup
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and fold lightly..when almost mixed add water/oil mixture..use a light hand to fold place in greased cake pan/cupcake cases..bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes
Icing
125g butter
1 & half cup icing sugar
Beat with baloon whisk till fluffy
Then add
Half cup klim
2 tablespoon milk
Half teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
1 tablespoon rose water
Mix well
Decorate as desired
