CupcakesFor 6 cupcakes100g caster sugar100g butter1 large egg(egg should weigh same as the other ingredients)100g Self raising Flour1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Buttercream 75g softened butter150g icing sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 tablespoon milkFood colouring (optional)
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffyWhisk in the egg Add flour and vanilla whisk until combined Spoon mixture into the cupcake casesBake for 15mins until golden brown.
Buttercream Whisk butter and icing sugar until smooth, add in the milk and vanilla essence mix.Spoon or pipe onto cupcakes
