Classic Butter Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

125 g butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk

METHOD

Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Then add eggs and beat. Add vanilla essence, flour and baking powder. Lastly add milk. Put in cupcake pans lined with cupcake papers and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes. Decorate as desired.
