Preheat Oven 180°~Cake 150g butter150g caster Sugar3 eggs150g Self Raising FlourCream butter & Sugar until soft.Add egg one at a time. Beat well.Add sifted flour.Add mixture in a greased baking tray, bake for 30 - 40mins or until done.~Mix 140ml hot milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.Prick the warm cake with a fork and drizzle the hot milk gently over cake. Cool.~Topping 1 packet (100g) strawberry pudding mix.(I used kenton Happy Delights strawberry mix)Cook according to packet instruction.(mixture must be thick)Pour cook pudding mixture evenly over the cake & leave to cool. Decorate as desired.Slice and serve !
