250g choice butter/butter ghee (Clarified butter) ¾ cup self raising flour ¾ cup dessicated coconut 1 teaspoon elachee powder1 teaspoon vanilla essence¾ tasty wheat samolina1 cup sugar, plus 4 Tablespoon 1 ¾ cup fresh milk TOPPING Handful chopped or sliced almond nuts Coloured seseme seeds sprinkle Pistachios optional
In a saucepan, melt butter, milk and boil together. In a mixing bowl, add tasty wheat, self raising flour, sugar, desiccated coconut and elachee powder mix evenly. Next add the boiled milk and butter ghee (Clarified butter), mix all ingredients and pour into a well greased pyrex dish. Bake this in a preheated oven 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes until skewer comes out clean. Bon appetite ❤️Shu-Hani ❤️
