Bring to boil on Stove 100 g Butter 1 Cup Milk¾ Cup Sugar A small drop of Rose essenceStir well for Sugar dissolve Once boiledKeep aside to cool
In a Seperate DishAdd ½ Cup Flour½ Cup Semolina 1 Cup Coconut (I added extra)Freshly ground Elachi (cardomom) powder 1 full teaspoon Baking powderMix well together
Once the Milk mixture is cooled gradually add the Flour mix to It stir or heat well until smooth Pour in Greased Cup cake pan or Square Pans Sprinkle with Chopped Almonds etc Bake at 180 * For +- 18-20 minutesOnce done Make a syrup and pour slightly over the warm cakesEnjoy
