Ingredients 125 g butter 1 cup castor sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon orange essence ¼ cup fresh orange juice 2 cups flour 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup milk
Method: 1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in the eggs and essences. 3. Add the orange juice. 4. Sift the flour and baking powder together and mix into the creamed mixture, alternaltely with the milk. 5. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 180degrees for 35 minutes.
Orange glace icing : ½ cup icing sugar 2 teaspoon fresh orange juice Mix well together, add more juice if needed. Happy cooking and baking 💜💜
