125g butter 1 cup sugar3 eggs1 cup flour1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon salt1 ½ tablespoon tasty wheat /semolina¼ cup custard powder¼ teaspoon ground Elachi (cardomom) (sumi extra) 1 ½ tablespoon oil½ cup milk
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add in eggs one at a time & beat. Add tasty wheat, custard powder & Elachi (cardomom) & mix well. Add flour, baking powder & salt& beat. Lastly add milk & oil & mix. Pour into a well greased pan & bake @180 for 30 or 40 minutes or until baked through. Once done, allow to stand for a few minutes in baking pan. Turn over onto a cooling rack. Once completely cold, decorate with some dessert cream and nutsOr as preferred.
