1 litre fresh cream1kg tub of plain double cream yoghurt28 ml gelatine dissolved in 160 mlboiling water2 cups of castor sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla essence230ml granadilla pulp/ cubed strawberries (add sugar and lemon juice)
METHOD
Combine cream + sugar till almostboilingAdd Vanilla essence Add gelatine mixtureWhen cool add the &yoghurt
