INGREDIENTS
Rose and Elachi (cardomom) Panna Cotta This Panna Cotta is as easy as pie and so so refreshing
1 ½ teaspoon ghas½ cup Fresh cream 11/2 cup full cream milk¼ cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour into pot Stirr over low heat till mixture begin to simmerAdd ½ teaspoon Rose essence Few drops Elachi (cardomom) essence and good pinch Elachi (cardomom) Powder Few drops pink coloring Bring to boil Let simmer for while Remove the pot from stove Pour into moulds Refrigerate Serve wth fresh crushed rose petals on top of Panna cotta
