Ribs (cleaned & washed)

Marinate with:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic
Sprinkling of:
Ina Parman chilli and garlic seasoning
Garlic salt
Barbecue spice
Steak & chops spice

Cook till tender.

Basting sauce:
3 tablespoons Knorr spare rib marinate
3 tablespoons spur bbq sauce
2 tablespoons spur peri peri sauce
Mix together

Grill in oven and keep basting with sauce.
When serving place on platter and drizzle some spare rib marinate over.
Serve with chips.
