RECIPE
8-10 any Hake deskinned and deboned
Masala Fish with your usual spices
1full tablespoon Garlic
2 ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
2Tblsp lemon juice
1Tblsp Robertson's fish spice
½ teaspoon Tumeric
1 teaspoon salt
little oil to make paste and rub over fish marinate for a while
Fry Keep aside .
Fry 6 potatoes chips spice with little salt chilli and vinegar or just chips spice keep aside
Take ¾ cup or less frozen peas steam it in microwave till done
For Tomato Chutney
Take 6 medium tomatoes boil in microwave remove skin and puree it in processor
In pot heat 3-4 tablespoon
1 large onion sliced finely
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
2-3 garlic cloves
Few curry leaves
2-3 green chilli
Braise with onion
Add tomato blend
Add little tumeric..salt..add ½ teaspoon vinegar (it gives a nice taste)
Cook all together
Now add steamed peas to this tomato gravy
Keep aside
Now layer as follows in a casserole
Fried fish
Pour chutney mixture over
Garnish with little green chopped dhania (coriander)
Place chips in top
Cover with foil if heating in oven
Place in oven to heat 10min at 180*
Or heat in microwave NO FOIL
Enjoy with Roti
