In pot heat 3-4 tablespoon 1 large onion sliced finely ½ teaspoon mustard seeds ½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 2-3 garlic cloves Few curry leaves 2-3 green chilli Braise with onion Add tomato blend Add little tumeric..salt..add ½ teaspoon vinegar (it gives a nice taste) Cook all together Now add steamed peas to this tomato gravy Keep aside Now layer as follows in a casserole Fried fish Pour chutney mixture over Garnish with little green chopped dhania (coriander) Place chips in top Cover with foil if heating in oven Place in oven to heat 10min at 180*
