In a pot or Bauer panAdd1 kg Lamb Loin Chops washed and drained1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Ginger GarlicLet it steam in its own juices till soft on low heatTry not to add water When soft remove and keep coveredFor the Chutney Liquidise 1 Can Tomato & Onion mixBraise In another pot 3 tablespoon OilLittle Whole Jeeru (Cumin)3 Curry leaves 3 torn up Dry Red Chilli1 teaspoon Crushed GarlicAs the Aroma arises Add the Tomato Mixture2 tablespoon Tomato Puree1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala +- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder ¼ teaspoon tumericSalt to taste Let it cook when done Add the Chops to this Tomato gravy let it simmer well Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Serve with Fried puris and ChipsEnjoy 😋
