INGREDIENTS
4 tomatoes 1 tablespoon oil2 tablespoons butter½ an onion 1 tablespoon chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon kashmiri masala 3 cloves garlicGreen chillies½ a teaspoon sugar Saltdhania (coriander)Eggs
METHOD
Liquidize tomatoes and keep aside.Braise onion in oil and butter.Add in tomatoes, masalas, sliced garlic, chillies, sugar and salt.Cook on medium heat till done.Add in eggs and simmer with lid on.Garnish with fresh dhania (coriander).
