2 Bunches Green dhania (coriander)1 Bunch Mint leaves 2 Green Apples Peeled (Core removed)2 Small Green Mangoes Peeled Chopped and Seed Hard core removed1 tablespoon Crushed Garlic or Whole Garlic pieces +- 1 & ½ tablespoon Green Chilli Paste
Use Chopped GREEN CHILLI
3 tablespoon Peanut Butter (OPTIONAL CRUSHED PEANUTS OR CASHEW NUTS OR ALMOND POWDER)
3 tablespoon Lemon Juice+- 1Tblsp Sugar (or to taste )+- ¼ Cup Vinegar (I USED MORE)Little Oil Little Water Now Liquidise this mixture to a Smooth Chutney Paste
ADJUST TASTE
VARIATIONADD 2 BOILED SKINKESS TOMATOES AND LIQUIDISEUSE amli (tamerine) WATER INSTEAD
