Cappucino Muffins: 📸salmah dendar📝@reez_cdat 2 cups flourThree quarter cup sugar2 teaspoon coffee 2nhalf t baking powder 1 cup Luke warm milk1 teaspoon cinnamon powder1 teaspoon v essence 1 eggHalf t saltHalf cup oil or butterHalf cup choc chips
Method:Sift all dry ingredients togetherDilute the coffee into the milkMake a well in the centre and fold in all the wet ingredients Pour into cupcake pansBake at 180 for 20 minutes
Glaze icing Dilute quarter t of coffee in 2 tablespoon boiling waterMake a glaze icing with icing sugar and drizzle onto muffins
