RECIPE
½ cup oil¼ cup milk2 eggsGreen chilli pasteSalt to taste2 cups self raising flour ¼ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon dried parsley¼ teaspoon Italian herbs1 cup grated gouda & cheddar cheese
In a pot take 2 teaspoon butter and slightly cook ¾ cubed polony and ½ cup cubed colouring peppers
In a bowl Sift in flour,baking powder and leave aside
Add in green chilliesCheeseHerbs
Separately mix together eggs,milk,oil and add to the flour mixture Slowly add in the cooked peppers and cubed polony and mix well.
Spoon mixture into mini cupcake cases Sprinkle dried parsley & red chilli flakes and bake on 180oc for 25 minutes or golden brown
Enjoy with butter & jam :)
