INGREDIENTS
2 Gem squash cut in halved and cleaned
4 slices of cheese250g of sweet cornButterSalt and pepper
METHOD
Boil gem squash in salted water till cooked
Fry sweet corn in butter till cookedAdd some pepper and salt
Take gem squash, add in sweet corn then top with a slice of cheese, sprinkle with pepper
Bake in oven till cheese meltsEnjoy
