Ingredients: 2x Today's pizza bases 500g chicken (cut into cubes) 1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon melted butter ½ cup yoghurt 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder 1 ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 2 tablespoon tandoori spice salt to taste ½ teaspoon red food colouring powder Grated mozzarella/gouda cheese Cubed red and green peppers Mixed herbs
METHOD: Mix the above ingredients together. Marinate chicken and leave in fridge for 2 hrs. Remove chicken from marinade. In a pan cook chicken on high heat. When chicken is just done remove from pan. Cook marinade for few minutes. Smear marinade onto pizza bases, spoon on some chicken, sprinkle cheeses, peppers and remainder chicken. Lastly sprinkle herbs. Preheat oven to 180degC and cook till base is done.
