Cottage Pie

RECIPE

1 kg mince 1 large onionSpaghetti 8 large potatoes 2 eggs (boiled)All joy tomato & herb pasta sauceAll joy hot and spicy pasta sauceAll joy classic spaghetti sauce(use just a ¼ bottle)MinceBraise onion with a little ghee (Clarified butter) till translucent.Add mince with ground green chillies,3 cloves,less than ¼ teaspoon pepper & ¾ tablespoon salt.When water dries out remove cloves and layer in Pyrex.Spaghetti Boil spaghetti.Mix sauces together and mix into spaghetti.Layer over mince.Add sliced eggs MashPeel and cut potatoes in half and boil.when potatoes are soft mash and add 3 level teaspoon baking powder2 ½ -3 teaspoon salt (please taste)Little butterLess than ¼ teaspoon nutmeg1 cup hot milkMix well and layer over spaghetti Bake in oven (180) for about 10-15 minutes
