Steak Pie / Sister In Law

INGREDIENTS

MADE BY MY SISTER IN LAW

1 kg steak
1 tablespoon l ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili paste
salt
pepper

1 tin liquidized tomato and onion mix

1 potato cubed and fried
1 tablespoon Piccalilli sauce ( if you dont have use mustard sauce )

pastry dough of your choice or use the link provided at the bottom . that what my sister in law used

METHOD

cook steak in ginger garlic red chili salt and pepper on low , when almost done add the liquidized tomato onion mix and cook until done . add the fried potato to the steak and the 1 tablespoon piccalilli sauce .

in a bowl add the pastry and the bottom , stick and cover the sides of bowl also , add the steak filling and cut strips fro the top , brush with egg and bake @ 180 degrees ( oven should be preheated )
